No Resolution

I have big plans for you... For all of you, but until then

Costume Outtakes

This was a scrapped idea for my Halloween costume at the office.

I thought it said a lot about me.

This Weekend

Add this stop to your list when you're out. All tricks... All treats...

Off the Market

So yeah I'm all married and stuff, which is a huge relief because now, I can stop doing things like this.

It's Friday, I'm In Hate!!

FRIDAY: Things I hate

FRIDAY: Things I love

As you can see, love once again wins over hate.

Social Status

My friends are cool and all, but once in a while I'd like to go out drinking with the likes of these.

It's A Dull Life

Past few weeks have been about tying up loose ends before tying the knot, but they've also been about shuffle board.

Aside from the Old People on Cruise Ships kinda fun, there have been some birthdays as well. My niece turned 3 last week, and as you can see, it turned from madness...

to sadness...

It was also America's birthday

So we did the damn thing on a rooftop by a cemetary

I know it's not a picture of fireworks, but if you want a visual of what I saw, press your palms against your eyes really hard for 30 seconds and tell me what you see. MAGIC! Or do the google for Justin Fireworks and tell me what you find.

On a personal note, I should probably let you all (never sayin' ya'll) know why I do the things I do. Why I sometimes can't keep a tasteless joke, prank or smart-ass comment to myself. Well, this is why.

You should do it for them as well.

Things I Want, But Don't Need - Summer Edition

I could probably start an entire site/blog devoted to things that I really want, but don't really need. However, greed really isn't en vogue these days so I will try to keep these posts to a minimum..... of maybe 20 a month. Anyways, here is the first on my summer wish list for doing nothing good.

The Hello Skateboard, from Buddy Carr and designed by Antonio Carusone.

Reason for Wanting: Look at it! It's simple. It's friendly and since I have moved to my current neighborhood, I pretty much travel by foot, bike or skateboard.

Why I Don't Need It: I already have a skateboard that is years old, and looks like I have used it twice. Also, this board looks too clean. The first time it gets scuffed I would probably freak out and never ride to preserve what's left of its charm. Kind of like what happened to my current sidewalk surfer. Actually, the more I look at it, I think this little vehicle of multi-culti salutations would look better the more it gets worn. Just like a pair of Chuck Taylors. Yeah, I want it.

Item number 2. The Warp20 Boxset from Warp records.

Reason for Wanting: It is a time capsule of sorts that displays 20 years worth of work from one of my favorite record labels. I won't wax-on, wax-off about the details, but it has CDs, vinyl, and a few books. Early this year I also told myself that I would only buy music in physical format if the packaging was cool. Let me tell you, the packaging is to kill for. (If you had $130 on your person)

Why I Don't Need It: I have more than enough music, records and books to keep my cool status up to date for at least the next six months. Other than that, I really don't have a good enough reason. I'm pretty sure this would fill my music nerd/snob void for a long time.

Soooo I am sending an early pretty please with sugar on top to anyone who is kind enough, or obsessive enough for my affections to get either one of these gems for me. If it's any form of gratitude, I would happily kick down some art or design work for free! I'll even walk your dog.

15 Minutes to Kill

In the dulls of the day job, I try to keep my weapons sharp and polished with and on-going digital sketch book of sorts, labeled 15MTK. It's spawned a few good ideas that will be unleashed at a later date, but in the meantime/in between time here's a few diamonds.

Awesome Party

Whatever I'm doing this weekend probably won't be as fun as what's about to happen here.

May Day. May Day.

Didn’t think this dusty thing was still on. So far it’s been a hell-of-a-year, but let me break it down so far into a sentence. I work constantly, I bought a house and I still didn’t join Facebook. There were a few beers in between all of that, but here’s a picture that best shows my 2009 so far.

Okay, so we’re up to speed, let’s see who’s been getting Visible as of late.

Sasha has reclaimed the 2009 title of Rojo Caliente.

Hmmmm. Didn’t I see that face somewhere before?

Good luck in LA Wade. Don’t let it change you like it did the Lohans.

Jude N’ Roses given the approval of overhead buggery.

The Reverend’s reaction when I told what goes on inside the Face Place.

I don’t normally have party ribbons just hanging from the ceiling. It was my first surprise birthday party.

Oh, there’s Butch.

Ally’s not impressed.

The Faux Bro and I standing in outer space.

This was the face I made when I got surprised. It’s also the face I make when I want to appear to be paying attention to you.

Sasha hates the cats, but loves idolatry. This was her entry in a Hello Kitty group show.

This was Jen’s Jail Bird. Both her’s and Sasha’s were easily the best thing anyone’s ever seen in the history of Hello Kitty.

See what I mean? Sasha can’t even take how awesome it is.

I have no clue what we’re so happy about. Judging by Butch’s face it’s probably nothing.

I really don’t know how to explain this one. Dance moves? Weird hand gestures. Neckties?!?!

Kristen’s first tattoo.

Done!

Sasha’s birthday dinner at Nickiemoto’s. Also known as Overpriced Sushi House.

Prices so high it’ll make you frigid!

Over Memorial Day I wnet to my cousin’s wedding in New Mexico

It rained and hailed, before the ceremony started. Major bummer, but then…

A rainbow!

Cheesy photo opp time!

My brother Cody, and soon-to-be wife, Catherine.

This is my folks... Blame them.

I look sneaky. Ya know why?

Because I got fancy bubbles! Note the pinky finger is out, which indicates fanciness.
